Making the Workplace More Equal

Today, the Supreme Court ruled in an 8-1 decision to protect victims of sexual discimination in the workplace from an expanded definition of retaliatory action. It would seem like a "duh" kind of decision, but there was, of course, at least one Supreme Court justice who didn't think victims of sexual discrimination needed protection from unjust retaliation: Justice Samuel Alito. At least, in this case, Alito was alone.
